I don’t usually simply point to other people’s work, but 3Dprint.com has an excellent overview post about the potential of 3D printing in many different subject areas in schools that is well worth your time to read.
In this current school year I’ve seen this type of thinking explode at solid rate. In the past few school years, as thinking about 3D printing in schools was beginning to make inroads, it seemed to focus on only a few subjects areas. No more. So, kudos to 3Dprint.com on this great overview article. It’s worth your time to check out.
